If you are outgoing, welcoming, attentive to detail, and able to receive directives with a willing spirit, the First Church Hospitality Team would love to hear from you!
We are seeking friendly, focused, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team and help create a warm and welcoming environment for all who attend.
Your qualifications will include:
- You MUST be Hospitable
- Being baptized in the name of Jesus Christ and have been faithfully attending your local service for 1 year after your baptism date
- Complete a mandatory interview and mandatory 2-hour training
- Be in good standing with First Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ, Inc. our Pastor and General Overseer, and your local minister
As a member of the Welcome and Hospitality Committee, your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and engaging guests at your local temple and during conventions
- Availability to attend monthly member meetings
- Gathering information to ensure visitors are properly acknowledged and welcomed
- Providing welcome packets to first-time visitors
- Offering assistance and directions as needed
- Traveling to meeting locations within your region, as well as major conventions
